Russia will lift all the COVID-19 related restrictions from passenger transportation by air to and from Belarus. President of Russia Vladimir Putin made the statement after negotiations with Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Moscow on 9 September, BelTA has learned.
It is necessary to raise passenger transportation by rail between Belarus and Russia up to pre-COVID levels. Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko made the statement as he met with Director General, Chairman of the Board of OAO Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov, BelTA has learned.
