Vitebsk Oblast will host the 11th edition of the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. Belarus has sent humanitarian aid to Orenburg Oblast and Kurgan Oblast of the Russian Federation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Emergencies Ministry.
