State Secretary of the Security Council Aleksandr Volfovich has been appointed Belarus president's authorized representative in Grodno Oblast.

A large-scale anti-terrorist operation has been conducted in Belarus, President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at the ceremony to present state awards in the Palace of Independence on 2 July, BelTA has learned.
